The purpose of this royal decree is to regulate an accessible voting procedure that, through the use of complementary documentation in Braille system that accompanies the ballots and standardized voting envelopes, allows the identification of the voting option by people blind or with severe visual impairment, with autonomy and full guarantee for the secrecy of the vote.”
