A decade after the approval and entry into force of Order VIV/561/2010, of February 1, it has been deemed necessary to update and adapt it to the regulatory changes produced, among others, by Royal Legislative Decree 1/2013, of November 29, which approves the Consolidated Text of the General Law on the rights of people with disabilities and their social inclusion, and Royal Legislative Decree 7/2015, of October 30, which approves the Consolidated Text of the Land and Urban Rehabilitation Law. The latter incorporates the modifications introduced in a novel way into the Spanish legal system by Law 8/2013, of June 26, on Urban Rehabilitation, Regeneration and Renovation, in relation to accessibility.
