Summary:
According to the Observatory on Disability and the Labor Market (ODISMET 2018), more than 1,840,000 people with disabilities of working age with talent and ability to work, encounter obstacles and barriers that prevent their full employment. The main objective of this study is to know the perception of the organizations participating in the project and diagnose the needs of their spaces and work environments in terms of cognitive accessibility. Furthermore, it aims to comply with the objectives established in the V Master Plan for the Prevention of Occupational Risks of the Community of Madrid.
