Summary:

One of the consequences of the Covid-19 pandemic has been the need to use signs with pictograms and texts to inform about the safety and protection measures adopted in buildings for public use. It is common for each entity to use its own criteria for the design and location of signs. With this guide, Ceapat wants to collaborate to give, as much as possible, a universal nature to this information so that it can be used generally in public buildings. In addition to the main criteria for design and location of signs, the document offers information on pictograms to use, arrangement of texts, dimensions and color contrasts. To speed up the deployment of the signage, Ceapat distributes an annex to this document that contains the layout of the validated pictograms, along with the texts that accompany them, bringing their design closer to what is specified in the guide. So that you can make your own composition, pictograms in vector (SVG) and bitmap are also supplied. In this case, the guidelines contained in this document must be followed.
