Summary:

The basic conditions of universal accessibility and non-discrimination are intended to guarantee all people the independent and safe use of buildings and their surroundings, facilitating good orientation and movement within the spaces.

This guide includes an introduction to cognitive accessibility and its resources or tools, the design process of said catalogue, the cognitive validation of the designed pictograms and recommendations for their use. At the end, it includes the final pictograms and the recommended contexts for its location.

The aim is to unify criteria when marking spaces so that all buildings and similar spaces are marked with identical pictograms. Likewise, the use of pictograms is public and can be extended to any public or private building.
