In its desire to bring heritage closer to society, the Association of Museologists and Museographers of Andalusia presents this study in which experts analyze and evaluate good practices in serving audiences with special needs, the design of specialized training programs for technicians and the presentation of measures to implement accessibility in museums. This initiative is intended to be the basis for addressing effective solutions for institutions and visitors, responding to the principles of social responsibility and promoting the emergence of new approaches and uses of the museum.
