Deaf people who need information or do any Movistar business can now be assisted in sign language at 1004 thanks to the collaboration between the CNSE Foundation and Telefónica.

Movistar has chosen SVisual as the authorized service to mediate in sign language between its clients and its call center. Through this agreement, video interpreters represent users, eliminating the impediment to contracting through voice and giving the possibility of carrying out any management autonomously in real time without leaving home.

Movistar is the first telecommunications company to take this step, joining entities from other sectors – health, water, electricity, insurance… – and public organizations that also trust SVisual.
