Description of the performance / Activity:

From Plena Inclusion Montijo, a group of people with intellectual disabilities created a comic that they used as an awareness-raising tool in talks at schools, administrations and businesses in the area. This comic, called “Defining Inclusion” was a diptych format informing the meaning of words such as inclusion, exclusion, segregation or integration. Later they created an easy-to-read comic of a superhero with an intellectual disability with the power of inclusion and a super group of people with some type of intellectual and/or developmental disability, all of its members.
