Summary:

Among the criteria that most citizens have when choosing housing is not the condition that it and its surroundings be accessible. It is common to buy a home through a mortgage that extends for many years and that represents a home for a lifetime, without taking into account something as fundamental as that they can live in it with maximum comfort, in any life circumstance, all the family members until the end of their days.

The UTAIT Group wants to address all these questions, with the purpose of informing and advising in the different areas to which accessibility refers (urban planning, public transport, architecture, interior design and telecommunications), analyzing the demand for information and the entities that can exercise these information and advisory functions.
