Videoconferencing applications have been massively imposed in our lives, from the domestic to the professional sphere, and of course in the management of public services. For this reason, the use of appropriate videoconferencing platforms (accessibility and usability) to the
capabilities of any citizen, especially the elderly, those with disabilities, or low training, is essential.
We are not just talking about rights. The document aims to show the worrying situation of social discrimination that can lead to
involve the use of videoconferencing for millions of people, with professional, educational, citizen relations with the Public Administrations, and of course social repercussions.
