This fifth edition of the ONCE Foundation’s Odismet report, like the previous ones, analyzes and presents the most relevant data on the labor market and the level of socio-labor integration of people with disabilities in Spain. It begins with a brief sociodemographic approach that shows the main defining characteristics of this group and then gives way to the different dimensions addressed: employment situation, which includes data on hiring, working conditions and professional trajectories; education and vocational training; social benefits aimed at labor integration; and, finally, specific contributions from the ONCE group regarding the training and employment of people with disabilities in Spain.
