The Spanish mobility company Cabify and the CNSE Foundation (State Confederation of Deaf People) begin a collaboration to improve accessibility of the service offered by Cabify in Spain and Latin America. Under the signed collaboration agreement, a consulting process begins to strengthen the accessibility of both technology and the Cabify service.
Other actions will be added to this, such as raising awareness among the company’s employees about the reality and communication needs of the deaf people, which will contribute to a better experience for this group in the use of its services.
