Description:

“This regulation, like the law, guarantees the secrecy of communications. It incorporates the procedure for legal interceptions of communications that, in accordance with the provisions of article 579 of The Criminal Procedure Law in Organic Law 2/2002, of May 6, regulating prior judicial control of the National Intelligence Center, and other regulations with the rank of organic law, may be ordered by the judicial authority. The technical requirements and operational so that such judicial requirements are conveniently attended to by electronic communications operators.

The other rights of users of electronic communications services are also regulated, in aspects such as the content of contracts between end users and operators, the right to disconnect certain services, the right to compensation for the interruption of the service or the procedure for its suspension or interruption in situations of non-payment by subscribers.”
