Summary:

“But how do you measure whether an office, a bar or a hotel is easy to understand? We can give some general indications, but each space is different and – if we want to obtain an answer with a certain rigor – a very useful way is to carry out an evaluation of the cognitive accessibility of that environment in which, precisely the people with the most difficulties in understanding and guidance, professionals in the field, tell us where we can improve.
With this document, the Plena Inclusion associative movement shares its knowledge about how to evaluate whether environments are easy to understand.”
