Summary:

The Observatory of Universal Accessibility to Tourism in Spain aims to highlight the fact that people with disabilities and their families want and have the right to access the tourist offer just like the rest of the population; that this group is a group of potential clients that no company would ignore in terms of economic profitability; that a large part of the extra cost that is passed on to people with disabilities for access to tourist services could be eliminated if the concept of Design for All is included in their initial planning and, finally, that Sustainable Tourism pointed out by the UNWTO necessarily involves tourism for all and the same for all.
