With the common objective of guaranteeing real equality of opportunities and the use and enjoyment of cultural heritage for all people, the Group of World Heritage Cities of Spain, through its Heritage and City Commission and with the collaboration of the Ministry of Education, Culture and Sports, and PREDIF have carried out various joint actions regarding accessibility in the tourism and heritage field. As a result of this relationship, this Guide arises that aims to publicize the heritage cities that are part of this Group as accessible destinations, as well as offer a series of recommendations to professionals in the sector for adapting their offer to the specific needs of the public. with some type of disability. In addition, two annexes are included, one with mandatory regulations and another that consists of a basic accessibility diagnosis sheet for an establishment.
