This work, developed within the framework of the European initiative Disability Hub Europe (DHub) and carried out by the ONCE Foundation together with the Global Business and Disability Network of the International Labor Organization (OIT GBDN), lays its foundations in the publication Making the future of work including of people with disabilities (ref. 545888), in which an analysis of the main trends that are shaping the so-called ‘future of work’ was carried out from the perspective of people with disabilities. This new publication focuses attention on the effects of the digital transformation of the world of work, which has been accelerated by the COVID-19 pandemic, and on the opportunities and difficulties it poses for the labor inclusion of people with disabilities.
