Description of the performance / Activity:
This II TUR4all Congress, held from November 9 to 30, 2020, focused on the DTI model to address accessibility that results in benefits for residents and visitors. It was an online event dedicated to the exchange of knowledge on the management and promotion of accessibility between managers of tourist destinations in the Valencian Community, destinations of the Spanish DTI Network and international destinations. As a result, inspiring knowledge was generated and shared with destination managers, offering them tools to advance the implementation of accessibility in their territories.
