The State Reference Center for Personal Autonomy and Technical Aids, a few years ago, began a series of actions with different associations of people with disabilities and older people, to identify and qualitatively analyze the problems and needs, satisfied and unsatisfied, of the members of these groups in their interaction with the most personal physical environment, that of the home itself.
In 2012 this initiative was resumed, a questionnaire was prepared with the intention of collecting subjective information and these associations and groups were involved in the dissemination of the questionnaires. This document presents the analysis of the results obtained that reflect the pure expression of reality, told by its own protagonists.
