ONCE Foundation together with ILUNION Technology and Accessibility launch the project “Accessibility and Social Innovation in healthcare. ICT as facilitators for the efficient use of “Health”, which tries to find new solutions to latent problems and challenges in the health system, focused on improving the quality of care for users with disabilities in particular and of citizens in general, through a process of social innovation and taking advantage of the opportunities offered by Information and Communication Technologies (ICT). This report collects the results of the first two phases of the project: the analysis of the context and the study of user needs in the access and use of services and ICT in the health field.
