This document specifies the human factors requirements related to all aspects of the European Telephone Numbering Space (ETNS). Describes the requirements that must be met jointly by the ETNS service provider and the network operator that enables access to the ETNS service. This document applies to any ETNS service provided in the ETNS scheme based on the European Country Code (CC) and providing access to both public and private telecommunications networks.
