Summary:
“This document aims to collect, therefore, the guidelines of the Personal Autonomy Promotion Services (SEPAP) model that is advocated by the articulated disability sector that CERMI represents. This is a proposal that is sufficiently precise so that at least the master strokes of this new service are configured, and generic enough so that it can be concretized and adapted to the multiple, diverse and disparate situations that the developments of Law 39 /2006, in a strongly territorialized State, they impose.”
