Ergohobe is the name given to a program for adaptation, elimination of barriers and ergonomic optimization of the jobs of people with disabilities.
The Ergohorbe program has consisted of the gradual establishment, in the different centers and services of Lantegi Batuak, of an ergonomic optimization project, of the workplaces and of the work organization itself, with the ultimate goal of achieving the adaptation of the positions of work, the elimination of architectural barriers and the communication of our workplaces to people with disabilities.
