The Spanish Committee of Representatives of People with Disabilities (CERMI) presents this proposal for an inclusive culture strategy for all people, as a guiding model for public administrations when implementing cultural policies that take into account the human diversity that represents disability. Apart from knowing the reality of people with disabilities in our country as consumers of culture, another aspect under analysis is that of people with disabilities as producers of cultural goods, since in recent years multiple creative manifestations have been witnessed. that come from people with disabilities, individually and in groups.
