Firstly, the theoretical framework around the concept of accessibility is presented, starting from the Provincial Law of Universal Accessibility and the Provincial Law of Cultural Rights of Navarra.
It is proposed as a support guide when making improvements and guaranteeing universal accessibility to the goods and services offered to citizens. Likewise, it is also aimed at people with disabilities, so that it serves as a reference document to find out about accessible equipment and about the cultural offerings in which they can participate.
