“This work is born from the desire of the ONCE Foundation and the CERMI to offer a tool that guides, facilitates and promotes the carrying out of evaluations of social interventions in the field of disability, making it available to the community of people, institutions and organizations. who are interested in them and are willing to promote them.
To this end, it has been decided to prepare a manual whose approach would be eminently practical, delving into each and every one of the stages that make up a complete evaluation process, both in the case of evaluating wide-ranging public policies and in the case of the most limited interventions that can be carried out from the third sector.”
