Summary:
Among the most recurrent demands in jobs, there is increasing mobility in employment, especially geographical mobility. In the case of workers with disabilities, mobility is clearly associated with accessibility. This study, in line with the Green Paper on urban mobility approved by the European Commission, has analyzed the geographical mobility of workers with disabilities from a triple perspective: Mobility from the place of residence to the place of work, the need for traveling within the same job, the need to move to another city or country to occupy a new job.
