This guide is a tool to help volunteer organizations incorporate volunteers with disabilities or other support needs and thus take advantage of the talent that diversity brings. To this end, we offer a tour of the Volunteer Management Cycle, identifying accessibility measures and considerations that must be taken into account in each phase and in the entity’s approach to voluntary action, to guarantee the participation of people with disabilities. and thus facilitate the loyalty and satisfaction of these people with the entity and their commitment to volunteering.
